Everyone aspires to own their own home - and for most people it is their most valuable possession. It represents not only a place to live, but a feeling of security, and very often it is intended to be the cornerstone of an inheritance to be passed on to children or grandchildren.

The Home Preservation Trust involves transferring ownership of your home into a special trust which permits you to continue living in the home for the rest of your life, or until you decide that you no longer need to do so. In the meantime, you maintain control over your home.
