Simple or complex wills?

"I don't need anything too complicated".

Maybe that is so, and certainly we don't think your will should be any more complicated than necessary.

If you are single, live alone, have a relatively small estate, and want your estate to go to named adults in fixed shares, a very simple will might be all that is required.

If you are not single, if your estate is large or complex, or if any of your intended recipients is under 18, or in any way vulnerable, then it is likely that a "simple" will isn't going to be the best option.

It is most likely that you'll need to consider a will trust.
